Ridge Periodontics & Dental Implants specializes in periodontics, dental implants, gingival grafting, and laser periodontal surgery. We are adding a new doctor to our practice and are looking for another dedicated and enthusiastic dental assistant to join our great team.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Make patients feel welcome and comfortable
* Set up procedure rooms
* Assist dentists with procedures
* Take x-rays and impressions
* Infection control & sterilization
* Communicate with general dentists to make sure we have everything we need for thorough examinations
* Update patient records
* Order products & keep track of inventory
* Chart for doctors and hygienists
* Provide oral hygiene education
* Schedule appointments and track patients as needed

*Qualifications:*
* Licensed dental assistant, or in progress for new grads. Periodontal experience not required—we are happy to train the right person.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
