The Non-Invasive Cardiovascular (NICV) Manager assists with the organization, direction, management and evaluation of patient care services for the Noninvasive Cardiology areas, including but not limited to patients in the Echo/Stress Lab, interventional Echo, Vascular Lab, Cardiac nuclear Imaging and EKG Services.

The NICV manager will work with the Medical Director(s) of the Noninvasive Cardiovascular Lab, Director of Cardiovascular Services, as well as other physicians, managers and staff within the Heart and Vascular Service Line to develop and maintain operations that support excellence in cardiovascular diagnostic services.

Qualifications:

* Required: ARDMS/RDCS credential with one of the following specialties: AE, FE, PE;
or
one CCI credential: RCS, RCCS
or
have promoted up with years of experience and assigned a lead OR resource sonographer.

*Knowledge of state, federal regulations, Joint Commission, infection control, and IAC standards.

*Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement (CQI) methods and tools

*Knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients served and must have excellent people skills.
