Responsibilities of a Sales Associate: Promote TruConnect wireless services in high-traffic areas, because who doesn't love being accosted in public for a data plan? Engage potential customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge – even if your soul died a little inside after the 500th "No, thank you." Assist with account setup and device activation, thereby binding them to our digital overlords. Meet and exceed weekly sales goals, or face the grim reality of performance improvement plans. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, because Big Brother is always watching your KPIs. Collaborate with Wireless Connectivity Sales Associate teammates to strategize and improve outreach, which mostly means commiserating over shared misery.
