Providing legal support in a full-time capacity, the State Licensed Associate Legal Counsel will conduct legal research, assist with litigation and transactional matters, and participate in rotational assignments while working remotely with occasional in-office days.
Key responsibilities
Provide legal support by conducting research and assisting with litigation and transactional mattersContribute to legal projects and departmental initiatives while developing expertise in assigned areasParticipate in rotational assignments and training programs to enhance professional skills and understanding of the organizationRequired qualificationsDoctorate/PhD xhuatnn (Juris Doctorate) from an accredited law schoolSuccessful passage of a state bar examination or actively pursuing bar admission0-1 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech Legal Matters
