In this role you lead large, complex transformation programs for global investment banks, spanning business, regulatory, and technology change. You work across front-to-back trading lifecycles with senior client stakeholders to design high-impact, future-ready solutions. You synthesize business and technology needs to select optimal architectures and operating models. You act as a trusted advisor, shaping opportunities and delivering measurable improvements in client position and resilience. This role offers a mission-driven path at the intersection of business and technology within a leading, reinvention-focused consulting firm.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage major, complex transformation programs at global investment banks across business, operational, regulatory, and technology change initiatives.
- Lead complex engagements with significant client interaction across the end-to-end trading lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office, Technology & Operations).
- Synthesize client needs by evaluating solutions, architectures, and operating models; select approaches to meet requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sell-side clients, partnering with senior stakeholders to develop high-performance, future-ready solutions.
- Understand sell-side industry trends, client needs, and deliver high-impact technology initiatives.
Key requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Financial Services, specializing in Investment Banking, with strong leadership and deep understanding of trading lifecycle and products.
- Minimum 5+ years of external consulting/program management leading large-scale transformation programs at sell-side institutions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives at investment banks, regulatory-driven change, operating model redesign, and technology-enabled transformation.
- Knowledge of capital markets, IB client segments, product taxonomy, and trading processes.
- Strong understanding of digital assets and emerging market infrastructure (tokenized assets, crypto markets, digital custody, DLT).
- Experience advising banks on operational resilience, risk management, and regulatory resilience frameworks. xhuatnn
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, Operations, and Risk; proposal and business development experience.
