The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier legal representation to our clients.Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other complex commercial issues. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop case strategies. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management. Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar. 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in construction law, real estate law, or community association law. Prior experience in a law firm setting.
