The Opportunity:
Step into a transformative role as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with LMC Landscape Partners. This is not just any FP&A position—it's a high-impact role where you'll be at the heart of our financial strategy, working closely with both our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and our private equity sponsor, Trivest Partners.

In this role, you will:
Partner with the CFO: Gain unparalleled exposure by working directly with the CFO, contributing to strategic financial decisions and high-level planning. This partnership will offer you significant visibility and the chance to influence key business outcomes.
Engage with Private Equity Stakeholders: Collaborate with our private equity sponsor to align financial objectives and drive initiatives that support our growth and profitability. This role provides a unique opportunity to interact with senior private equity professionals, offering you valuable insights and experience in a private equity-backed environment.
Drive Process and Reporting Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of innovative financial processes and reporting frameworks. Your efforts will be critical in shaping the future of our FP&A function and supporting our ambitious growth plans.
Shape Strategic Decisions: Provide data-driven insights and analyses that impact strategic decision-making across the organization. Your contributions will directly influence our financial strategy and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Create and present financial reports, including budgets, forecast and ongoing reporting, to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
Process Innovation: Design and implement new financial processes and reporting frameworks to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making. Act as a liaison between finance and non-finance teams to drive improvements & align objectives.
M&A Integration: Support the evaluation of acquisition targets and oversee the integration of newly acquired companies into our financial framework.
Special Projects: Lead or contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as needed by the CFO or private equity stakeholders.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (an MBA or advanced certification is a plus).
Bring at least 5 years of experience in FP&A with a proven ability to build and refine financial processes and reports.
Possess strong analytical skills with the capability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, able to convey financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Are a proactive self-starter, excited by the opportunity to drive change and improve financial processes in a dynamic environment.
Have experience working with senior leaders and across various levels of an organization to influence and support business decisions.
Excel in a fast-paced environment with a knack for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
