As we expand our Newington team to support the Frontier Communications - Retail campaign, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our high-performing group in Newington. Here, you will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and promoting brand advocacy through effective communication, contributing to a collaborative, results-oriented environment where you are valued and empowered to achieve your professional goals. We are looking for a motivated and talented Brand Ambassador passionate about creating positive and seamless customer interactions and exceeding Frontier Communications customer expectations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be instrumental in fostering Frontier Communications customer loyalty and driving customer retention, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to elevate your brand representation career within a premier organization dedicated to delivering outstanding sales experiences and fostering strong brand loyalty among our Frontier Communications customers within Newington. Key Responsibilities for the Brand Ambassador role: Serve as the primary point of contact for Frontier Communications by promoting their telecommunications offerings to customers at events, retail locations, and other promotional activities in Newington. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues at events and retail locations with empathy and efficiency. Assist customers at events and retail locations by providing accurate and detailed information about products and services. Efficiently and accurately process customer requests, transactions, and feedback at events and retail locations. Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Proactively follow up with customers after events or interactions to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer interactions. xhuatnn Gather feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activities in Newington.
