We are hiring RN's with experience caring for a patient on ventilator with a g-tube and trach. We have 12 hour night shifts available - full time hours to fit your availability. Responsibilities

Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders
Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with plan of care
Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
Prepare clinical/progress notes and all required documentation
Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient
Perform all duties and responsibilities always adhering to Florida chapter 464 - Nurse Practice Act
Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
Current state license as an RN in good standing
Current CPR certification
At least ONE year experience as an RN
Experience with total trach care, ventilators and G-tubes required
