Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, closed on Friday'sWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personalinjury law (Washington State) and will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement disbursement.Why join us?● 4 day work week● 160 hours PTO after 90 days● Competitive salary + incentives based on experience● Competitive health insurance plan● 401k after 1 yearJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:● Be the leader of a team of 2 Case Managers and 2 Legal Assistants and 275 cases● Excellent at managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment● Ability to work well with others and enjoy a team environment● Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations● Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers● Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements● Maintain organized case files and documentation in Filevine or similar CMS● Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management● Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the pre-litigation processQualifications:● Happy and dedicated to helping others● Knowledge of Ai tools● Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school● Active license to practice law in Washington State● Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation● Strong negotiation and communication skills● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities● Ability to work independently and as part of a teamInterested in hearing more?
