Job Description:

Location: Naugatuck, Connecticut

CoWorx Staffing Services is actively seeking experienced Assemblers for a local Manufacturing Company in Naugatuck, CT. Positions are temp to hire.

Responsibilities:

-The position is training on 1st shift, once the training is complete then move to 2nd shift
-Performs repetitive bench or assembly operations to produce/inspect/test wire
and cable harnesses or sub components.
- Places harness components in specified relationship to each other.
- Bolls, clips, screws, cuts, trims, crimps, bags, kits, braids, pots, molds, packs or otherwise handles components.
- Visually and with measuring equipment checks harnesses and subcomponents to ensure their conformity to drawings
- Conducts various tests to ensure harnesses and subcomponents meet specifications.
- When a new work center is assigned, training will be provided.

Desired Background/Skills:

-Receives verbal instructions, reads and understands documents such as work
instructions and drawings contained within the Job Control packet.
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Other Information:

Hours:
- Training - 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Once training is completed hours will be 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (2nd shift)
