NC Programmer

We are looking for the following;

• Problem-solving abilities, continuous improvement mindset and effective communication
• Team oriented with a desire to contribute to the success of manufacturing operations
• Hands-on work with machines; setup, work on design problems, read internal prints
• Consistent, flawless execution of New Product Introduction, Product Changes and Special
• Create, update and improve machine programs
• Implement laser cutting and forming process that connects product engineering and operations to improve PPAP pass rate
• Partner with group leaders to understand labor expectations and vision for the area
• Root cause and correct machine program issues
• Review machine capacities and balance work to reduce operator overtime
• Program specials in an accurate and timely manner, understanding correct flow for units
• Finalize schedules for next days run (inspection of parts run)

What you have:

• High School Diploma
• Basic PC software skills
• Ability to work 2ndshift on a 4/10 schedule (Monday -Thursday 2:45pm-1:15am)
