Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC vocational/technical program preferred.

Proven hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

Valid HVAC technician license required; EPA 608 certification preferred.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

Excellent troubleshooting skills for efficient issue resolution.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record essential.

Performance Expectations:

Quality Workmanship: Consistently deliver high-quality work in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure system efficiency and longevity.

Respond promptly to service calls and complete tasks within agreed-upon timelines to minimize downtime for clients.

Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing HVAC system malfunctions accurately and efficiently to streamline repair processes.
