Janitorial Project Technician - Floor Tech

We currently have an opening for a project technician. You'd be working 30-40 hours per week. Weekends are required. The pay is $18.50 per hour to start, plus mileage and travel time.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check.

Window Cleaning
Carpet Cleaning
Stripping & Waxing
Construction Cleanups

Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio

Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.

Empties trash, and replaces liners.

Assists District Manager in covering call offs.

Assists Office Manager with laundry.

Performs additional duties as needed.
