*We have an immediate need for an LPN or RN to work with a pediatric (infant) male in the Arden area. 12 hr shift 7a - 7p M - F. This is a Spanish speaking family so a Spanish speaking Nurse would be a huge benefit for the family to help with communication barriers. *

*Responsibilities for Skilled Nursing performed by (RNs and LPNs)*

In Home Skilled Nursing Care (RN/LPN) involves all client's care - the needs of our client's range from medication administration, g-tube feeding, seizure monitoring and management, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and infusion nursing services - *We train you on each individual client to ensure your competency in his/her care*

One-on-one care - in home skilled nursing care following the client's plan of care

Provide all client care in a manner that reflects respect for client rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs

Assess client's physical, psychological, and social needs

Documentation of client's care including assessments and narrative of care provided

Support client and client's family in educating them on client's care and changes in client's condition

Qualifications -

Must possess a current, valid RN or LPN North Carolina license

Certification in CPR

Trach and Vent Experience preferred but will train

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
