Production Superintendent

Job DescriptionOur client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Superintendent to oversee daily operations in their production department. This role is vital to ensure the team meets production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of around 100 employees in the production department. Ensure all production goals are met within timelines and safety guidelines. Coordinate with various departments to optimize production workflows and troubleshoot issues. Maintain quality control standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency. Job Requirements Prior experience in food manufacturing is required. Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production metrics, quality standards, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
