Assistant Underwriter - 13344 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Functions: Review all new submissions. Communicate with brokers on all new submissions. Analyze and evaluate loss history on all new submissions. Assist underwriters on new business quotes. Review all renewals and communicate with brokers on missing information. Respond to broker and policyholder requests. Place facultative reinsurance as needed.
