Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing data at a project level to monitor project performance, providing high-level comments regarding the financial status of projects, and notifying the team of any issues.
  • Set up projects with the management team to ensure the project meets the contract terms.
  • Review and provide financial data on projects.
  • Assist with financial information for proposals, estimates, annual budget process support, and audit requests.
  • Monitoring outstanding receivables and supporting project managers with collections.
  • Coordinate with the team to identify any invoicing issues.
  • Aid the Project Managers in ensuring project revenue is accounted for properly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project-based accounting, finance, or similar.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
  • Through knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred.
Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
