Hours:  Will work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (no nights, no weekends, and no holidays)

Location:  2685 Patton Road, Roseville, MN 55113

Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member / patient data.
  
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor‘s offices as a liaison for the pharmacy team.
  
• Communicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
  
• Contact patients to complete refill assessments, request payment information, establish delivery details, and set up treatment in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite and/or other outpatient facilities. 
  
• Access, input, and retrieve prescription and medical/lab information from computer system.
  
• Verify whether medication is reimbursable, and resolve rejected claims.
  
• Process prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapies. 
  
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  
• Multitask and channel communication from various business partners, driving patient centric quality care.
  
• Follow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethics

Required Qualifications: 

• 
  
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
  
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota
  
• Intermediate experience with Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift to 30 lbs.  
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 
  
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
  
• Home Infusion experience 
  
• Pharmacy/prescription data entry experience
