We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to:



  • Manage the sourcing and contracting initiatives for UW Health system, including legal terms review.
  • Negotiate professional services contracts/purchases of goods and services for the system.
  • Meet or exceed 3-10% hard profit and loss savings and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to take high visibility request for proposals (RFP's) through analytics, presentations, and completion.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree business, supply chain or related field. Required or
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below. Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred


Work Experience


  • 5 years progressive experience in contract management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis. Required
  • 2 years experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software and/or enterprise resource platform (ERP), preferably Oracle Cloud Required
  • 2 years of experience and a proven track record in strategic contract management and expense reduction Required
  • Procurement experience in healthcare environment Preferred
