Make up to $60k a year The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Proven success as a leader in the restaurant industry.
  • Passion for hospitality and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Run day-to-day operations, from scheduling to inventory to assisting the team with tasks.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff for excellent service.
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards.
  • Drive sales through marketing and promotions.
  • Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies and employment standards, and conduct performance reviews/sharing feedback with upper management and team members.
  • Maintaining a positive and creative environment
