Our client, a top financial services firm, is looking for a Junior Finance Support Specialist to join their Estate & Inheritor Services team. This role is vital in guiding clients, beneficiaries, and financial advisors through the inheritance and legacy transfer processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Deliver one-on-one, personalized guidance to clients throughout the inheritance process, providing transparency, empathy, and expertise.
- Communication: Proactively engage with clients via phone and email, ensuring their questions are answered and expectations are clearly set.
- Case Management: Process and follow up on client service requests promptly, adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing consistent updates.
- Problem Solving: Research and resolve inquiries from both internal and external clients accurately and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records by logging case interactions into internal systems, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Risk Mitigation: Follow SEC/FINRA, Compliance, and Firm guidelines, verifying client identities to prevent fraud and identity theft.

Responsibilities
Providing dedicated one-on-one support for the client throughout the inheritance process leveraging effective relationship management skills
•Proactively communicating with clients by phone and or email to provide a high level of service, transparency, and empathy to clients and beneficiaries.
•Process & follow up client service requests to ensure completion in a timely manner
•Set appropriate expectations with clients and beneficiaries for requests, in line with internal Service Level Agreements, and ensure consistent follow-up
•Provide world class customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions
•Research and resolve problems with both internal and external clients accurately and in a timely manner
•Leverage Morgan Stanley systems and ensure all case interactions are appropriately entered and documented
•Actively manage, monitor, and document daily case load by utilizing various technology resources
•Apply Firm verification policies for all clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity
•Keep current on SEC/FINRA, Compliance and Firm guidelines and apply to processing and all interactions to ensure risk mitigation
