What You'll Do as a CNA Personal Care: Help patients with daily activities, making sure they're comfortable and well cared for.Effective Communication: Accurately document care and share essential details with healthcare teams.Vital Sign Monitoring: Record vitals with precision according to facility protocols.Respect & Dignity: Provide compassionate care that respects each patient's individuality and dignity.Ongoing Learning: Stay current with state requirements and best practices through continuous education. What We're Looking For in You CNA Certification: Completed a state-approved nursing program or competency evaluation, plus a current CNA license.Flexible Availability: Available for up to 12-hour day and night shifts.Experience: At least two year as a CNA in a healthcare setting.Certifications: Current CPR, TB-2 Step, Quantiferon, or CXR certifications.Skills: Comfortable handling patient care needs and physically able to lift, stand, and walk for long periods.
