Role Overview:
As a Procurement Manager, you will oversee the procurement process, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves developing and implementing purchasing strategies, analyzing market trends, and fostering a collaborative environment within the procurement team. You'll also play a critical role in managing logistics and maintaining compliance with all procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, promoting a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Develop procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal pricing and quality.
  • Oversee shipping and freight logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and cost-saving initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
