Chaparral Insulation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insulation Laborers / Helpers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start a rewarding career in the insulation industry. No prior experience is necessary-just a willingness to learn and grow

+ Assist Insulation Mechanics in installing insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment.

+ Learn to work with plumbing systems and industrial piping.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Use tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced professionals.

+ Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge of the insulation trade.

Required Qualifications

+ No prior experience required; we will provide all necessary training.

+ Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.

+ Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

+ Must have reliable transportation

+ Ability to listen and learn and take direction, ability to work off ladders of all sizes and in tight spaces, ability to carry materials to and from workplaces.
