You will join our Control System Integration Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.What You'll Do You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.Apply your knowledge of programming methods, electrical design and engineering problem solving to 21st century manufacturing practicesDesign, program, and troubleshoot packaging machinery and line control systemsTravel to top clients across the country to assist in the design of manufacturing processes, help manage projects, and develop facilitiesImpact the world by conducting yourself with integrity in pursuit of individual and business goalsBecome a passionate and successful business family member while expanding your technical abilitiesCreate user applications to monitor and control the production of consumer goods and satisfy regulatory agencies in compliance with modern industry standardsDesign control systems that provide instantaneous feedback on the production life cycleDesign electrical control panelsDesign industrial controller (PLC) programs and develop human machine interfaces (HMIs)Support Barry-Wehmiller Design Group project teamsMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and teamWhat You'll BringThe ability to simultaneously organize and execute multiple project responsibilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with management, clients, and vendorsCo-op or project experience with electrical engineering and PLC automation applications (preferred)Co-op or project experience with pharmaceutical, consumer products, and high-speed environments (preferred)A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventionsA bachelor of science in electrical engineering or computer engineering, or an equivalent technical degreeOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
