      • Expected patients per day: 15 Avg
      • Facility average deliveries per month: 122 for OB Hospitalists (287 for facility)
      • Type of patients, cases, procedures distribution: deliveries, OB ED
      • Average Hospital Deliveries: 126
      • Average OBHG Deliveries: 62
      • Average OBHG Delivery (%): 49.2%
      • Average OBHG Encounters: 350
      • Encounters w/ High Risk Diagnoses (%): 32.2%
      • Average OBHG Procedures (including deliveries): 371
      • No, tele-med MFM available 24/7
      • In-house Anesthesia
      • Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes (ER & consults)
      • Hospitalists Not Required to Perform Circumcisions
      • Hospitalists Needed for First Assist
      • First Assist Available to the Hospitalists
      • Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: No Midwives
      • Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No
      • Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
      • Other certificates required (life support, etc.): ACLS, NRP, ***TDAP vaccination required***
      • Minimum required delivery and GYN cases within last 12 or 24 months: 100 deliveries, 25 GYN cases
