Gas Piper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Piper to join R&R Heating. As a Gas Piper, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining gas piping systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and repair gas piping systems according to established codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate gas piping installations in new construction projects.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on existing gas piping systems.
• Conduct pressure tests and leak detection to ensure the integrity and safety of the gas piping systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in gas piping systems.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Gas Mech 1 license (state or region-specific).
• Sound knowledge of gas piping installation techniques and materials.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
