Job Duties:
- Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).
- Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation.
- Strive to surpass customer expectations.
- Capability to perform any of the positions staffed at the wash.
- Serve as the responsible party for customer, equipment and staff issues that arise when other management is not on the premises.
- Assist in training and coaching the wash team to emulate company safety, customer relations, wash procedures and to comply with all company policies.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Help maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.
- Comply with safety standards and be an example for all team members.
- Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.
- Comply with RocketFast Employee Handbook.
- Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; computer literate; enjoy working outdoors; mechanically inclined; organized; excellent verbal and written communication.
