Our full-service casual brand in Greensboro, NC is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to run our establishment. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes growth and advancement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and exemplary experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff personnel.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Implement safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
  • Develop, implement and manage restaurant budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Experience in supervising and managing a team while focusing on meeting targets and objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, point of sales systems, and inventory management software.

Salary Information:
The total compensation package for this role is up to $70,000, depending upon experience
