Bonjour We are looking to add a full time staff member to take full control of our prep kitchen for our crepe cafe operations. Responsibilities include:

-putting food orders away in proper places
-following servsafe food handling protocols
-prepping all of the food we use on a day to day basis
-to be reliable in their hours scheduled
-keeping work areas clean and sanitized 
-working with the rest of the team to meet the demands of a high volume cafe

Weekend availability is required, but for the rest of the week it's pretty much bankers hours No late nights or early mornings

Previous experience with basic kitchen skills (knife skills, safety protocols) is helpful but not required.
