Job Overview:A growing dental practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow in the office. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a team, manage administrative tasks, and create a positive experience for both staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage office schedules for training, daily operations, and team coordination.
  • Oversee treatment plans, providing accurate estimates to patients.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygienists to optimize patient scheduling and care delivery.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Handle office invoicing, ordering supplies, and making daily bank deposits.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and meets deadlines.
  • Interview, hire, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
  • Organize and lead morning huddles to ensure team alignment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
  • Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
