Job Details:
  • Position: Handyman
  • Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
  • Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary: The Handyman will be responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include, but are not limited to carpentry work; electrical; plumbing; painting; HVAC; flooring; outdoor landscaping and snow removal; and general facility repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete drywall repair projects including taping, plastering, and sanding.
  • Execute basic carpentry duties such as fitting doors, replacing woodwork, replacing transition strips, 
  • Reinstall cabinet hardware, drawers, and doors. 
  • Perform various painting and staining tasks.
  • Collaborate with contractors and other professionals on renovations and complex repairs.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies, providing efficient solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
  • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
