Tiktok Operator

Are you passionate about TikTok? We're looking for a talented and creative TikTok Content Creator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As the TikTok Content Creator you will play a key role in conceptualizing, producing and promoting TikTok videos focused on the local “eat, drink and play” and engaging with our target audience. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about fitness.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for TikTok that aligns with the brand.
• Manage the entire content creation process, including brainstorming, scripting, filming, and post-production. Consistently meet content production deadlines and deliver high-quality videos in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create organic social marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on TikTok to ensure the brand's content remains relevant and engaging.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and engaging community on TikTok.
• Attend company events and activations to create capture, edit, and post content.
• Assist with other brand channels including – Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in social media management and the creation of engaging content for TikTok.
• Superb video editing skills, with proficiency in using video editing software (e.g., in-app, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie).
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing and executing ideas.
• Independent, yet collaborative mindset.
• NOT camera shy
• Obsession with social trends and ability to adapt quickly. Know what's relevant (or not) to our brand's audience.
• Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws related to content creation.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work outside standard working hours when required, including weekends.
• Experience working with “play, eat, drink, “ industry is a major plus.
• Experience in social growth strategy and building accounts from the ground up is a major plus.
• MUST send 1-2 examples of TikTok videos you've filmed and edited (can be a file or link from your account) and include a link to your TikTok account.
