Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maintaining store cleanliness, stocking inventory, and focusing on safety.

Job Details:
  • Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.95 per hour
  • Location: 1101 Adlai Stevenson Drive in Springfield, IL
  • Status: Part-time

Available Shifts: 3rd & open
  • 3rd shift is overnights, typically between 10pm and 7am.
  • Open is for a CSR who can work any shift on any day of the week.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Keeping the store clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Professionally greet all customers upon entering the store.
  • Preparing hot and cold food items for sale.
  • Suggestively selling to every customer based on their needs.
  • Operating the cash register and other in-store equipment.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Complete shift reports and balancing of the cash drawer.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Follow all policies regarding carding for alcohol, tobacco, and gaming.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to consistently show up to work on time and as scheduled.
  • Honest and friendly with a great work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and able to complete tasks consistently as required.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with a team and individually.
  • Demonstrates flexibility with work hours and availability.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead.
  • Ability to squat, bend, reach use a step stool or ladder.
  • Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
