Responsibilities
  • Floral clerk ensures that floral displays, and shelving are maintained well stocked, clean,
  • organized, and presentable. Cull and rotates product to ensure freshness and quality control.
  • Offers assistance to customers to meet the goals and objectives of the department.

Requirements
  • Must exhibit a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility in the US.
  • Must be able to work around various fruits, vegetables and plant items with no allergic consequences that may affect job performance.
  • Must be able to work in refrigerated coolers and around humidity for short periods of time.
  • Ability to learn all types of floral product.
  • Ability to care for floral products
  • Learn to use tools/equipment used in the department.
  • Must be able to effectively work in a fast paced, crowded environment; work with sense of urgency.
  • Prior floral experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of English language.
