This is an Independent Contractor career-building position. We are looking for early childhood professionals who have a heart for serving young children, 0 to 6 years of age, who want to provide family support, build relationships with children and families and provide behavioral health interventions.

We are building a Team of Behavioral Health Specialists who have a commitment to learn and develop their skill in supporting healthy family relationships, enhancing child development, and engaging young children in social-emotional learning and skill development.  You will have the opportunity to learn and then provide creative interventions, develop and maintain service relationships with the client, the family and caregivers to provide support as needed. Pay range $25-$35 an hour for direct service. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate community resources, ensuring the continuity of care, advocating for the client as needed.  
  • Provide services primarily in the home, the school and the community with some in-office and telehealth opportunities, as appropriate.
  • Attend and participate in agency, Team, and clinical meetings, including mandatory trainings* to assist in treatment coordination. 
  • Maintain client reports, records, and other documents and file documentation in a timely manner. 
  • Must have a basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word 
  • Must have good interpersonal skills; speak effectively with individuals, display discretion and good professional judgement...and must be a team player
  • Scheduling flexibility, however some evening and weekend availability is required. 

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); or, 
  • You may also have an Associate’s Degree; a Bachelor’s Degree; or a Master’s Degree (the degrees could be in unrelated fields).    
  • Three years of verifiable and relevant experience and can demonstrate a knowledge in basic behavioral health skills.
