Essential Job Functions:
  • Prepares hot and cold deli food such as breakfast foods, hot foods, steamed table foods, rotisserie chicken, and fried chicken.
  • Fills catering orders and ensures portion control.
  • Ensures food handling and food safety procedures are adhered to. Stocks rotate and monitor product temperatures before and after cooking. 
  • Makes judgments about flavor, taste, aroma, colors, texture, or smoothness of products in order to inspect products for satisfactory production quality.
  • Maintains attractive product presentation by arranging items for display.
  • Provides friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, and taking orders by phone and in person.
  • Promotes product sales through the use of suggestive selling initiatives and product arrangements.
  • Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
