The master esthetician will provide a variety of esthetic treatments with the highest level of client care and safety, ensuring a positive and healing experience.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform advanced esthetic treatments for skin rejuvenation that are performed in a med spa including micro needling and hydro facial.
- Upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and meet the revenue goals of the location
- Assist with occasional and various spa duties including front desk, scheduling and managing client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences,
- Laser Treatments for Skin Rejuvenation.
- Maintains skills and knowledge on latest trends in esthetics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid and current Master Esthetician License.
- 3-5 Years of experience in performing medical spa esthetics services.
- Thorough knowledge of skin care techniques typically provided in a med spa.
- Excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques.
- High level of collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift at least 30 lbs.
- Demonstrated safety knowledge in practices involving exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE.
