Hammer & Nails West Hollywood is looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a sales associate / Member Concierge. Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. Come join our team and be the best part of someone's day. This position is very sales oriented and is compensated on an hourly and commission structure based on sales 

At Hammer and Nails, we provide more than just a haircut or manicure; we provide an experience that men can't get anywhere else. Our concept welcomes men into the art of grooming by offering the exceptional technical services of an old school barbershop and nail salon, with the feel of an exclusive lounge where any man can put his feet up in our over-sized leather chairs, sip his favorite aged scotch, and relax while being treated like a king. We believe in affordable luxury experiences that aren't pretentious, but accessible to everyone. Here, we don't rush our services to turn guests around, we take our time. We know quality is in the details.

Our artists craft a unique experience by educating their guests on grooming routines, products, and services that fit their lifestyles. Trained sales and marketing professionals manage your guests to ensure you stay busy behind the chair, focusing on the thing you love most. We are currently looking for candidates with the following skills and credentials:
  • Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
  • Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
  • Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
  • Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
  • Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
  • Manage inventory accurately.
  • Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
  • Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
  • Basic computer skills.
