Community Site Manager

Community Coordination handles direct case management services to clients currently at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line who live in Boston, Malden, Medford, and Everett. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Vice President of Field Operations with the daily operations of a Community Coordination Site, ensuring that the program activities and performance meet and exceed established goals.
- Supervise clerical and volunteer staff as assigned.
- Monitor employee performance, training needs, time cards, and record keeping.
- Oversee and organize office operations and procedures (e.g. typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, and other clerical services).
- Develop periodic training and protocols for clerical and administrative support.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of statistical and narrative reports.
- Assist in grant writing, development, and implementation of programs.
- Oversee the tracking and data collection of client information and assist in the preparation of reports for funding sources.
- Manage bills to be paid, and provide follow-up to make sure all accounts are reconciled.
- Manage inventory and purchase of office supplies, as well as servicing of equipment and renewals of contracts.
- Disseminate information about ABCD services throughout the community, representing the agency at meetings with other agencies, local groups, etc. as appropriate.
- Develop relationships with other community-based organizations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three to five years of experience in case management or job development and experience working with adults and youth required.
- Some college coursework is preferred.
- Must have a broad knowledge of human services in the city, how to access them and demonstrated ability to work with clients and staff of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work without the required supervision.
- Bilingual skills as needed.
- Willingness to travel and attend meetings and agency events.
- Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic, and cultural backgrounds.
