Mixologist/Bartender

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team and craft exceptional cocktails for our patrons. As a Mixologist, you will play a vital role in designing and executing innovative drink menus, ensuring the quality of every beverage, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll collaborate with the bar team to stay ahead of industry trends, create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to an unforgettable dining or entertainment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and precision.
• Design innovative and appealing drink recipes that align with beverage trends and customer preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the bar area.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage orders for events.
• Adhere to all food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender with a strong portfolio of cocktail recipes.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor pairings, and beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
• Strong math skills for ingredient measurements and billing.
• Familiarity with food handling and catering procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
