About the Job:We are looking for a Full-time Sales Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Embrace the store culture and represent the ELM Shoes brand at its highest level through professional selling & customer service.
- Greet customers and interact with them to clarify their needs.
- ELM Shoes is a "Sit and Fit" shoe store. Employees will be trained to measure, scan, and properly fit customers' footwear.
- Close sales transactions efficiently and encourage repeat business.
- Work with a team in doing various day-to-day tasks of the store such as sales, stock room, store appearance, and taking phone calls.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Friendly, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Enjoys working with the public.
- Available to work a full-time set schedule.
- Good communication skills and a passion for customer care.
