A Site Representative (Site Rep) is an individual who lives on the premises in an apartment provided by 2Life Communities and is responsible for being on-site and available on an on-call basis when scheduled.

Responsibilities:
  • Specific duties include performing security rounds of the building and grounds at set times and being on call to respond to emergencies and resident requests for assistance as needed. 
  • The Site Rep also maintains a detailed log of all the time expended and the activities carried out during on-call hours.

Compensation for this Site Rep position is paid for the duties actually carried out during on-call hours by providing a reduction of rent for an apartment, the payment of all utilities, basic telephone charges, basic cable television. Compensation also includes $100 paid biweekly. Only those benefits required by law are available, such as sick time and paid family medical leave. Successful applicants will be required to enter into a Site Representative and License Agreement.

Compassionate with excellent customer service skills is a must; flexibility and good phone manners are required.
