We are seeking a Secondary Production Operator $17.00 with an engaging and generous spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Operator will perform production operations associated with Class Is and Class IIa Medical Devices.

What you will do:
  • Assure personal and peer safety are maintained.
  • Assure product and patient quality are maintained.

Perform Secondary Production Operations:
  • Tumbling
  • Washing
  • Sorting
  • Honing
  • Drilling
  • Grinding
  • Deburring
  • Electropolishing
  • Laser Printing
  • Assure machinery and work areas are clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Lead Operator.
  • Document all necessary steps at the time of completion.

What you will need: (Competencies, Behaviors and Attributes)
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to write legibly.
  • Ability to read and comprehend directions.
  • Strong initiative/self-starter.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.

Preferred experiences include:
  • 2 years of Production experience.
  • Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience.
  • Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Strong attendance record.
