We are looking for passionate professionals to join us as Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Office Receptionists/Administrators to support our operations and clinical workflows.

Your Impactful Role:
  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly, in person or on the phone, and assist with inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth patient check-ins and check-outs, keeping appointments on track by coordinating with healthcare providers.
  • Manage medical records efficiently, adhering to strict privacy and HIPAA standards.
  • Assist in clinical tasks like preparing exam rooms, setting up equipment, and helping patients get ready for exams.
  • (Nurses): Perform phlebotomy, IV therapy, and adhere to healthcare regulations (OSHA, CLIA, PA Dept. of Health).
  • Maintain a patient flow that is organized, seamless, and stress-free for everyone.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Outstanding customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of medical and psychiatric terminology.
  • For Nurses: A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
