Head of AI
We strive to create the world's leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
Vision:
In a world where artificial intelligence opens up new horizons, we believe in its potential to build a future where humans and machines collaborate to achieve incredible discoveries. The development of a functional humanoid robot marks the beginning of an era of abundance and well-being, where poverty diminishes, and people have the freedom to choose their paths. We envision a world where a universal basic income becomes a reality, representing a true evolution of our civilization.
Solution:
As demands on our built environment increase, labor shortages loom. With the global workforce moving away from undesirable tasks, critical industries such as manufacturing, construction, and logistics are left vulnerable. By deploying general-purpose humanoid robots in hazardous or monotonous environments, we aim to protect human well-being while addressing critical global labor needs.
Head of AI/ML Role:
As the Head of AI/ML, you will lead the development and implementation of AI/ML strategies for our humanoid robot project, ensuring they align with our goals. This role involves defining research roadmaps, establishing data pipelines, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into our platform. You will also lead recruitment, foster collaborations, and ensure adherence to ethical standards. Your leadership will drive innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and industry representation.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction for the AI/ML team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve our objectives.

- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and development of top AI/ML talent, building a high-performing team capable of delivering exceptional results.
- Foster partnerships with external research institutions, academia, and industry collaborators to leverage expertise and resources for our projects.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure AI/ML initiatives meet both product requirements and market demands.
