Inventory Management Clerk are the backbone of the company's logistics network, working tirelessly to ensure that products are delivered on time and in good condition. Responsibilities of Inventory Management Clerk:
• Selecting items for customer orders based on pick lists, ensuring accuracy and quality of picked items.
• Accurately recording inventory levels, organizing stock in the warehouse, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Unloading shipments from delivery trucks and verifying the accuracy of received items against purchase orders.

Qualifications

  • Being 21 years or older is a requirement for many jobs, activities, and responsibilities
  • Those who possess the ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts often possess a strong work ethic and dedication to their job
  • Possessing the aptitude to raise items weighing 15 to 50 pounds, with or without suitable adjustments
  • Competence to stand and walk for extended stretches, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • The tasks associated with this position demand an individual capable of extending and contracting their body to reach any area required
  • The applicant should be able to do this for a substantial amount of time with or without adjustments made to the work environment
  • The ability to lift, carry, transport, push, pull, and control merchandise repeatedly, whether or not reasonable adjustments are necessary, is highly essential for this role
  • Possessing the ability and willingness to perform in conditions that could involve high heat, humidity, hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces
  • Communication: Collaborate with coordinators, peers, managers, and team leads to discuss downtime, breaks, and other important issues through effective communication
  • Flexibility: Being able to quickly adapt to changes in production schedules, shifts in the environment, and sudden work schedule changes is a critical skill in any profession
  • Tech Savvy: Being tech-savvy is a requirement to excel in a competitive and results-oriented workplace
  • Work Ethic: Push yourself to the limit by demonstrating a strong work ethic that involves excelling at your assigned responsibilities and volunteering for supplementary tasks
  • Teamwork: Being reliable and accountable to one another, lending a hand to team members without being prompted
  • Safety Focus: Wear recommended safety equipment, observe current good manufacturing practices (CGMPs), carry out appropriate forklift inspections, adhere to forklift operational guidelines and procedures, and communicate any safety concerns immediately
