Our client's small boutique law firm seeks an experienced Paralegal to assist their attorney, support staff, and clients with Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Administration matters, as well as general office administration tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience as a paralegal (preferably with small firm experience) with significant experience in both Estate Planning and Probate and Trust Administration. 
  • Must have proficient knowledge of both the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code. 
  • The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, knowledgable, highly-organized, has great attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and a willingness to work both independently and to chip in as needed to help a small office run smoothly.  
  • Excellent client service and communication are of utmost importance in this role dealing with sensitive subject matters. Listening skills, compassion, professionalism, positivity, and practicality are imperative to this position. 
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Qualia and Clio (or similar law office management system); ability to work with e-filing and SimpliFile. 

Salary range: will be based on experience. 

Excellent benefits: including health insurance, 401k, 2-3 weeks PTO time, 11 holidays, and discretionary bonuses and annual cost of living raises. Position is full-time and in-office only.
