Fast Casual Restaurant District Manager – (Overseeing 5 Units)

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in fast casual dining.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the restaurant industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated District Manager to oversee our fast casual scratch kitchen restaurants in the Orland Park, IL area. We are currently in the process of opening up more units by the end of 2024. As the District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of multiple locations while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across all restaurants within your district by implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff members. Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive employee engagement and achieve performance targets.
  • Financial Performance: Maximize sales and profitability through effective cost management, revenue growth strategies, and inventory control. Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Brand Compliance: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all locations, including the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu updates.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize profitability.
